Beverly J. (McCallum) Hoppe passed away July 4, 2008, after a valiant effort battling cancer. Born March 13, 1941, in Paterson, N. J., Beverly was the second daughter of John and Pearl McCallum. Beverly is survived by her ever-loving husband Dale, her three sons Steven, John and Michael, and grandsons Johnathan, Cole, and Devin. She was Dale’s loving and beloved wife and companion for 41 years.

Although she held a variety of jobs ranging from aircraft and rocket parts assembler to store clerk, her most important and cherished role in life was the raising of her three sons. Beverly was a very loving mother, and was extremely proud that all three of her sons chose public safety and medical careers. Her memory will be fondly remembered by many. No public services are planned. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to your favorite charity. Her ashes will be saved and combined with Dale’s to be scattered on a Redwood tree covered bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. ‘Go in peace, my love.’
