Aug. 15 12:30 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop at Fifth and G streets and arrested Lynette Marie Wilson for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Aug. 15 12:20 p.m. A Fortuna resident reported the robbery of a locked vehicle while it was parked at a local grocery store. Several items were reported stolen, including jewelry and approximately $200 cash. Officers took a report and are investigating the incident.

Aug. 14 8:45 a.m. A man who possibly overdosed at Eureka Manor, on the 700 block of K Street, was responded to.

Aug. 12 1:23 a.m. A man inside the Stop and Shop on Wabash reported being assaulted and injured by three suspects, who also broke his vehicle’s windshield. The man, who said the suspects wore all black, also said he had a baseball bat with him that he used for protection.

Aug. 12 9:13 a.m. Officers responded to the alley behind Bank of America on L Street for a report of a possible fight with injuries. Adam Gray was arrested for alleged public intoxication and was treated at the scene by ambulance personnel and taken to the Humboldt County jail.

Aug. 10 3:35 a.m. Manuel Carmona, 22, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and resisting a peace officer at the Flamingo Motel in the 4200 block of Broadway. The reporting party stated hearing a loud party inside a room that was registered to one guest, but there were four associated vehicles outside the room. Numerous complaints from other rooms were received and the reporting party heard possible gunshots from inside the room.

Aug. 10 1:43 a.m. A 55-year-old woman on Rohnerville Road reported she could hear a man yelling in the area that he isn’t getting in the vehicle because the driver is drunk. An officer responded and contacted a man, who said a woman who left in a silver Toyota Tacoma had been drinking. The officer found the vehicle and stopped it in the 3000 block of Roan Court. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher, possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needle or syringe.

Aug. 7 12:28 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation, in which one man said he was assaulted by a family member’s boyfriend, but did not want to pursue charges.
